Kristen Noel Kristy Swanson (born Kristen Noel Swanson) is an American actor, who gained notoriety for the role of Buffy Summers. Her other characters include: Rebecca Becky Granger, in the telefilm Nightingales as well as the short-lived NBC show with similar name, Erica Paget as Early Edition on CBS and Marlowe Viccellio as Psych. Swanson is a native of California. She started acting at a young age. She began her career in the field of the field of advertising where she appeared in commercials for a number of companies.
